Mel C faces backlash over topless shot - "Didn't you just criticise Little Mix for dressing provocatively?"

Mel C has faced a backlash after posting a topless shot, with people saying she's a hypocrite after she recently slammed Little Mix for dressing "provocatively".

On Tuesday, the singer, 42, shared a picture of herself posing in just a pair of knickers.

"Cheeky little cover shoot tomorrow. Better get my work pants ready! #behindthescenes #versionofme #putsomeclothesonwoman ," she wrote alongside it.

And some were quick to call the mum-of-one a "hypocrite" underneath the picture.

Mel recently hit out at Little Mix – saying the girl band are now too “provocative”.

"Didn't you just criticise Little Mix for dressing "provocatively"? A bit hypocritical don't you think?!!" one wrote under the snap.

Another said: “I’m pretty sure you were quick to criticise Little Mix on their 'provocative' outfits and sexualisation and here you are with nothing but your pants on?

"Pot kettle black springs to mind.”
