| Madonna visits Queen Elizabeth Central Hospital in Malawi |
The pop legend has helped set up a new children's hospital in her adopted children's home nation of Malawi, but has been blasted by critics for using the wrong flag in an online post.
The Like A Virgin hitmaker returned to Malawi with her children Lourdes and Rocco as well as her adopted children David and Mercy for trip, which saw her son David get his Ngoni tribal name in his ancestral village.
They also spent time as a family in an orphanage and touring the new paediatric hospital, that she revealed is hopefully opening next year.
