MANCHESTER ARENA ATTACK UPDATE - A woman has become the sixth person to be arrested by police in Britain in connection with the Manchester terror attack.

Greater Manchester Police said the arrest follows an armed raid on a block of flats in Blackley, in the north of the city.

Residents said they heard a ‘huge bang’ when officers carrying firearms forced their way into a flat, believed to be on the 12th floor.

Chris Barlow said: ‘There was about 30 people on the street – they said there’s been an explosion at the flats, a bomb or explosion.
